3. Source appropriate floorplans or design a floorplan to match your specific requirements

4. Identify and introduce the most relevant and suitable builders
Once we’ve finalized a plan it’s time to identify the best builder and ensure that the price is fixed and all of the exclusions etc are fully revealed.
